Difference Between Touchpad and Touchscreen

Touchpad Vs Touchscreen:

Touchpad is sensitive to motion and pressure. Touchpad is mostly small, flat and rectangular device. A pointer in touchpad is moved by using your finger tip on the surface of the touchpad. On the other hand a touchscreen is a device which is touch sensitive. There are also multiple touch which recognizes several points of contact at the same time. By touches the areas in the screen user can interact with touch screen.

Difference Between Touchpad and Touchscreen

Touchpad:

Touchpad is usually a small device and is sensitive to motion and pressure. Touch pad contains ore or more than one button at the edge which is used like a mouse button. Now  a days you can use the surface of the pads for the function of the mouse like clicking etc. touchpads are present in netbooks, tablet Pcs and also in all notebook computers.

Touchscreen:

A touchscreen is a device which is touch sensitive.their are some touchscreen which recognize multiple touches. Touch screen works on your arm and hand movements. You operate touchscreen by your finger tips. Now a  days the new versions of windows provide better support for devices and PC which have touch screens. Better touch screen enables users to interact easily with the screen of the device. Now a days the perfect example of touch screen is touch phones.

The Main Difference Between Touchpad and Touchscreen:

Touchscreen works like a monitor and use the instruction where you touch your finger tip on the other hand touchpad have a mouse by the mouse you give instructions. All the laptops contains touch pad feature while some modern laptops have both touch screen and touch pad features. Now a days almost all smart phones have touch screen features which helps users to use their cell phones effectively.
