Article Vs Section:

Article is generally a written instrument having a series of rules and stipulations. In section there are distinct and numbered subdivisions in textbooks, statutes and legal codes. A major difference between Article and Section is that Article is an Act whereas the different subdivisions in the Act is known by the name of a section.

Article:

Article is a broad term and is used in that documents which are very important for a nation and have a major impact on other statutes as well. Such as constitution and limitation. Article is basically a law which is made for a specific area, nation, organization etc. Article has a great impact on which it is opposed whether it’s a nation or any business organization. Generally articles are made by the government to gain control over the entity and make it works according to the way government wants to be.

Section:

An act is basically a bill accepted by various legislative steps required for it and becomes law. A section is usually a part of the law but its made up only for a specific area. Article is made up by the central government whereas on the other hand Section is made up by the provincial government.

Main Differences between Article and Section:

Article and Section both are laws imposed for different purpose but article is made up for the whole nation whereas section is made up only for a specific area or province.

  • Article is made up by the central government and imposed on the whole nation whereas Section is made up by the provincial government and imposed only on the people of specific area.
